10 Jul 2026 – At least 122 Palestinians were killed by the Israeli military in the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip during the month of June.

Between 3 and 30 June, 115 Palestinians were killed in Gaza or died from injuries sustained previously. Five bodies were recovered from the rubble and more than 500 people were injured.

More than 1,050 people have been killed and 3,400 injured since a nominal ceasefire went into effect in Gaza last October. Nearly 800 bodies have been recovered from the rubble.

A man contracted by Israel’s defense ministry was killed in a building collapse in Gaza during June, the first civilian contractor working with that ministry killed in the territory since last October.

As of 30 June, 73,066 Palestinians were killed and 173,514 injured in Gaza since 7 October 2023, according to the health ministry in the territory.

Seven Palestinians were killed by Israeli forces in the West Bank during June, including three children – one of them a 7-month-old baby. An additional 111 Palestinians were injured in the West Bank between 2 and 29 June.

On 28 June, the family of Majdi Abu Arra received confirmation that the young man had been killed 18 months earlier. According to Wafa, the official Palestinian news agency, Abu Arra was killed in an Israeli drone strike on a vehicle in the northern West Bank on 3 December 2024.

Two other men were killed in the attack and a fourth was injured and abducted from a hospital by Israeli undercover forces.

As of 30 June, Israeli forces and settlers had killed 63 Palestinians in the West Bank, including 15 children, so far this year.

Between 7 October 2023 and 30 June, 1,109 Palestinians were killed by Israeli forces and settlers in the West Bank, according to the UN.

Oxfam said during June that “more Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli military and settlers across the occupied West Bank in the last three years than in the previous 17 years combined.”

More than one in five of those killed were children.
