An Open Letter to World Leaders and International Organizations

CONFLICT RESOLUTION - MEDIATION, 18 May 2026

[Thinking Outside the Box… — TMS Editor]

Excellencies, Leaders, and Custodians of Civilization,

16 May 2026 – We stand at a critical evolutionary juncture where the survival of humanity is threatened not merely by external crises, but by a profound crisis of the human spirit. The dominant materialist paradigm has reduced the world to a mere totality of physical facts, transforming human beings into uniform consumers and militants driven by primitive impulses. This reductionist dogma makes societies highly vulnerable to large-scale manipulation and escalating conflicts. We must speak about what can no longer be passed over in silence.

I have the honor to submit for your consideration the policy paper entitled “The New Israel and the New Palestine: A Value-Based Peace Proposal for the Middle East.”

Download PDF File:

POLICY PAPER. THE NEW ISRAEL AND THE NEW PALESTINE

This proposal offers an alternative structural framework to break the current deadlock in the Middle East. It operationalizes the principles of evolutionary realism explored in my book, Tractatus
Politico-Philosophicus
, emphasizing that lasting peace is not a static transaction, but a dynamic, evolutionary process requiring new, collaborative political realities.

As a community of experienced scholars, we offer this concrete policy proposal to foster long-term stability and human flourishing in the region. I welcome your feedback on these proposals and would be privileged to brief your team or assist the United Nations in implementing these peace-building strategies.

Yours Respectfully,
Prof. W. Julian Korab-Karpowicz, Ph.D. – Warsaw Academy of International Relations and American Studies (WSSMIA); President, Wolne Wybory

To safeguard human evolution and protect both our civilizational and technological heritage from total destruction, we call upon world leaders and global organizations to act upon four foundational
imperatives:

Initiate an Inside-Out Geopolitical Paradigm: Shift the focus of international governance from pure power politics to an evolutionary model. Realize that the true vehicle of human evolution is knowledge and the development of the mind (Tractatus Politico-Philosophicus 7.321, 7.3211). True security is not achieved through military dominance, but through the collective pursuit of moral and intellectual perfection.

Forge a Global Interfaith Alliance for Peace: In an era of escalating global discord, the peace humanity desperately needs must begin as peace among religions (7.632). Leaders of all faiths must explicitly condemn religious fundamentalism as a totalitarian distortion of traditional beliefs (7.6233). They must unite under the eternal truth that while there are many paths to God, there is only one timeless spirituality rooted in non-harming, benevolence, and love (7.6312, 7.6313). Any
doctrine that incites violence or harm toward others is a false interpretation of religion (7.79).

Establish an “Ecology of Mind” in Digital Technology: We must actively counter the political and economic pressure groups that use modern information technology to exploit primitive impulses, foster hatred, and enforce artificial uniformity (7.6231, 7.6232). Technology must be redesigned to foster spaces of silence, which lead to reflection, and ultimately, to spiritual liberation (7.6323–7.6325).

Expand the Core Ethical Imperative: We must deliberately elevate our moral sensitivity and apply the rule of non-harming (ahimsa) not only to fellow human beings regardless of national or religious distinctions, but also to animals and the natural world at large (7.4211, 7.3311).

Human beings were not born on Earth to be mere consumer mechanisms or instruments of war (7.76). We are immortal souls—points of light whose original condition is purity (7.78).

The time has come for humanity’s self-reflection. We urge you to use your mandate not to enforce systemic compliance, but to provide the peace and stability necessary for every human being to fulfill their evolutionary destiny: the attainment of wisdom, mercy, and comprehensive fulfillment. For each great change, we need the right people and the right time. The time is NOW!

One Response to “An Open Letter to World Leaders and International Organizations”

  1. Hoosen Vawda says:

An Affirmation of Evolutionary Peace and Coherent Humanity
Dear Excellency, Professor W. Julian Korab-Karpowicz,
Peace, Wisdom, and Universal Grace be upon you.
I write to extend my sincere congratulations and scholarly appreciation for your profoundly insightful, open letter, “The New Israel and the New Palestine: A Value-Based Peace Proposal for the Middle East,” published through TRANSCEND Media Service. I read, the proposal with great hope and enthusiasm for global peace, in this belligerent era.
Your articulation of humanity standing at a critical evolutionary juncture resonates deeply with those of us engaged in the moral, scientific, and spiritual dimensions of peace propagation. Your identification of a crisis of the human spirit, rather than merely geopolitical dysfunction, reflects a rare philosophical clarity that elevates your work beyond conventional policy discourse into the realm of civilisational reflection.
Affirmation of Your Four Foundational Imperatives
Your four imperatives constitute a compelling framework for reimagining global order:
    • The call for an inside-out geopolitical paradigm courageously redefines security as a function of moral and intellectual evolution, rather than coercive dominance.
    • The vision of a global interfaith alliance echoes the timeless recognition that peace among nations is inseparable from peace among religions.
    • Your concept of an “ecology of mind” within digital systems is both innovative and urgently necessary in an age of algorithmic manipulation and cognitive fragmentation.
    • The expansion of the ethical imperative through ahimsa beautifully integrates the human, ecological, and spiritual dimensions of existence into a unified moral continuum.
These pillars collectively represent not merely policy recommendations, but the architecture of a new human consciousness.
A Complementary Perspective: From Evolution to Coherence
With deep respect, I wish to humbly contribute a complementary perspective arising from my own ongoing work in peace theory, which seeks to bridge spiritual insight with scientific inquiry.
While your framework powerfully establishes the necessity of human evolutionary advancement, I propose that the mechanism through which such evolution becomes embodied may be understood through the concept of: Biophotonic coherence and neuroharmonic synchronisation.
Emerging scientific insights suggest that human beings are not merely philosophical or moral agents, but biophysical systems of light and energy, whose internal coherence, or lack thereof, may influence:
    • emotional regulation
    • cognitive clarity
    • behavioural tendencies toward compassion or aggression
In this light, conflict may be viewed not only as ideological or structural failure, but as a manifestation of collective decoherence within human consciousness.
Allow me, therefore, to introduce a reflective question that I have posed in my own work:
“Are your biophotons coherently synchronised in a neuroharmonious manner?”
This question, though simple in form, seeks to awaken an awareness that peace is not only negotiated externally, but cultivated internally, what I have classified, as endogenous peace, as opposed to exogenous peace, at the level of human consciousness and biological coherence.
Thus, your profound call for moral and intellectual evolution may be operationalised through a parallel call for: the restoration of coherence within the human bio-psycho-spiritual system
    Interfaith Unity as Lived Coherence.
Your eloquent appeal for interfaith unity is one I hold with deep personal conviction. As one who has engaged across religious traditions with reverence and humility, I have observed that:
The sacred is most authentically expressed not in uniformity of doctrine, but in coherence of compassion.
    Whether expressed through:
    • Rahma (Mercy),
    • Ahimsa (Non-harming),
    • Agape (Divine Love),
all traditions converge in a shared ethical resonance that affirms the sanctity of life.
    From Philosophy to Practise
Your open letter is a clarion call for transformation at the highest levels of global leadership. To advance its practical realisation, it may be fruitful to consider:
    • The establishment of interdisciplinary peace platforms, integrating science, spirituality, and governance
    • The design of digitally mediated environments that promote reflection, empathy, and cognitive balance
    • The incorporation of coherence-based well-being models into education, healthcare, and diplomacy
Such steps may help translate your visionary paradigm into measurable pathways of transformation.
    A Shared Commitment
Professor, your work contributes meaningfully to the evolving discourse on peace as a dynamic, living process. It is my belief that the convergence of your philosophical realism with emerging models of human coherence may offer a powerful integrative framework for the future.
    A Humble Call for Reflection
Humanity does not merely seek peace as an external condition, it seeks the restoration of its inner harmony, from which all enduring peace must arise.
I thank you for your courage, your scholarship, and your unwavering commitment to the future of humanity. I would be honoured to continue this dialogue in the shared spirit of intellectual humility and planetary responsibility, if Professor W. Julian Korab-Karpowicz, wills.
With deep respect and collegial regards,
    Hoosen Vawda
